Leading international sustainable waste management business, Shanks Group plc, was delighted to win the ‘Achievement in Sustainability’ award at the PLC Awards last night .

The award recognises accomplishments in the three key areas of economic, environmental and social sustainability. As well as making their own operations more sustainable, the winner of the award will have demonstrated leadership, innovation and a lasting commitment to sustainability.
